My focus is on empowering people to engage their true potential, adopting a leadership mindset to move forward with positive energy.

I bring 30 years of experience in leadership and communication as an award-winning manager in a large media company. I am also a graduate of an accredited coach training program recognized by the International Coach Federation and affiliated with Royal Roads University.

I  was born in Italy, but grew up in Africa and North America.  I first worked as a journalist and then as a manager in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver.  I live on the West Coast. I coach in person and by phone or video link.
